Cancelation and Refund Policy
24 Golf does not impose contracts on our members, and members are free to cancel their membership at any time. Email notice is required to cancel a membership. Members must submit a cancellation request via email before their next draft date.
There is a two-month penalty for refunds on the multi-month packages to protect the club from those who try to game the pricing model.
Canceled memberships forfeit special locked-in pricing. If they wish to return, they will have to utilize current pricing at that time.
Most memberships are prepaid and are month-to-month. Memberships in good standing automatically renew at the end of the 30-day membership cycle.
Memberships do not automatically cancel due to inactivity. Members must provide written notice to stop their membership from automatically renewing.
Members who wish to cancel their membership after 30 days of joining may do so. The cancellation will occur at the end of their current 30-day membership cycle. We do not prorate the remaining monthly membership value.
Members may dispute a charge if they believe they were incorrectly charged due to the failure of 24 Golf to cancel or put the membership on hold.
24 Golf reserves the right to cancel a member due to misconduct, misuse of equipment, or bringing in non-members without pay or a buddy pass.
For Monthly Members
Monthly memberships do not imply a contractual agreement outside of the 30 days after payment. Members are free to cancel in advance of their next payment cycle. An email notice is required to cancel a membership. Monthly Members must submit a cancellation request at least 3 business days prior to their next payment cycle via email before their next draft date. Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of your current 30-day membership cycle. We do not prorate the remaining monthly membership value.

For Yearly and 6-month memberships
In the event of injury, we will make every effort to accommodate you by temporarily suspending your membership until you can resume participation.
